The Inlay-Elegance rugs are inspired by floor tiles inlays but given a fresh interpretation in carpet. The carpet construction is in the combination of our Century Quality (cut pile) and Centennial Quality (loop pile 72 oz/yd2 weight) using 100% virgin wool. The resulting surface is in one level, cut and loop construction finished with hairline carving on selected designs from the accents.

Linear carpets are executed in our Flatweave quality where we can weave pairs of colors per tuft in parallel lines to create a very fine line (in contrast to random lines of the striation technique). This can also be done IN ONE COLOR. The carpet construction is a special low profile loop with approximately 80% tip-shearing that results to a predominantly cut pile surface hence giving the rug a velvety effect. We also use 100% virgin wool for this quality.

Majesty carpets are intended for both area rugs and wall to wall installations. The carpet construction is basically cut pile (field/background) and overtuft loop pile (design) using 100% virgin wool. The overtuft loop designs can be interpreted in the same or different color/s as the background. The yarns are plied to produce a somewhat textured surface. The finish is one-level cut and loop without carving. This is woven in Majesty quality.

The Sisal Collection rugs are in contemporary designs with accent motifs in either cut or loop pile. The field construction is in our Sisal 450 quality which is a loop pile crossweave that simulates the surface appearance and texture of natural sisal mats with a softer and smoother feel. As shown on the various designs, our sisal allows greater versatility in coloration since we can make this in solid or 2-tone variations. Trellis overtuft or carving can also be applied on the sisal area.

Textural carpets are intended for elegant wall to wall installations, but can also be made as area rugs by adding border bands or designs. The carpet construction is in full loop pile using a SINGLE-COLOR plied yarn. The carpets are skillfully woven in our Textural Quality with a distinct linear weave & in varying directions to produce a very subtle pattern and unique textural look. The surface has minimum tip-shearing and is durable enough to withstand heavy traffic areas.

Damask carpets are constructed in a combination of cut pile for the designs and border band and loop pile for the field/background. These are made in 100% virgin wool & in HW450 Quality (72 oz./yd2 weight). The recommended surface finish is one level, but a 2-level finish (embossed cut pile designs) can likewise be specified. This collection features different variations of interpreting damask designs that include: Monochromatic (use of 1-color dyelot); Polychromatic (use of 2 or more colors); and combining colors thru stippling or striation techniques on field/ground (in loop) or on design motifs (in cut) or on both.
